Testimonials
"If you’ve seen my previous writeups you know how much I like these kids. It’s been a minute since we last saw them, but rest assured, they are still every bit as lively a three piece as you are going to find on stage anywhere around town. A little punky, a little grungy, these kids like to jam the fk out. Both nights, they were having fun on stage, and their energy was infectious, projecting out into the crowd who couldn’t help but give it back tenfold. They may be young, but these boys are seasoned on stage, and their show reflects that. There isn’t a more fun way to spend a Friday night than a Shebeast show. Take my advice, check out their page, find out where they are playing next, and be there. If you see their name on a show poster somewhere near you, stick your face in the door, they might just show you what’s up." - Billy McDonald (Rock-N-Review)
"She Might be a Beast exploded onto the scene at 100mph and I don't see them stopping anytime soon. Their persistence is what sets them apart from everyone else and I'm excited to see how far they go. I recently listened to "Stop Right There" and I can't wait to hear that bad boy live." - Daniel Merry (ALT 92.3)
"This band kills. Combining elements of modern rock and grunge, She Might Be a Beast lays down intense beats with visceral solos and guttural vocals. Fueled entirely by passion and Miller High Life, this trio puts on a high pace show from beginning to end. On a different note, their chill yet professional demeanor off stage makes them an ideal band for booking at any venue. Cheers to these dudes!" - Brett Peifer (Owner of Hi-Ho Lounge)
"The first time I saw these guys live, I knew they were something special. Each member of the trio is the total package. All three are highly skilled players and have an infectious energy that fills any venue. Do yourself a favor and check out a show if you see them on the bill. Just sit back and watch as these guys blow up!" - Biff Hitchins (Producer, Starboard Studios/Vibers Entertainment, Nova Junction)
"As a grunge/punk/rock hybrid outfit they have an opportunity to make some inroads where others might get forced into a less flexible genre box. All I mean by that, is when touring bands come through the area and promoters reach out for a local opener, they usually have something specific in mind. If they don’t want doomy/screamy then even if you are the best at that, you are out. SheBeast’s music fits almost every format that I deal with, meaning simply that they will get more references." - Billy McDonald (Rock-N-Review)
"We booked “The Beast Boys” for a show a few months ago and they absolutely killed it. They were professional, their content was phenomenal, and most importantly they kept the crowd rocking! These guys have a certain mystique about them where you just know that they are destined for great things. Definitely looking forward to working with them again. " - George Arnold IV (Owner of Vibers Entertainment and Starboard Studios)
"SMBAB is perhaps one of the most authentic rock n roll bands I've ever had the chance to work with. Led by brothers Jake and Julian, they are embracing a 90s grunge/rock style with ripping solos, aggressive thumping bass lines, and clean vocal harmonies. Any music lover will easily hear the influences of STP/Core, Green Day/Dookie, and Nirvana/Bleach in their playing. They are talented and hungry. They bring a fresh approach in the otherwise manufactured perfect mechanical music of today. Do yourself a favor and go see these guys live, you won't be disappointed." - Ryan Toussel (Owner of Studio 13)
"She Might Be A Beast is a band that has an unique sound thats rings both nostalgic and new. We shared the stage many times and I can say they always bring a strong energy and solid performance every night." - Guzz Andrade (Silver Dose)
"I first met Jacob while Damnself played a show with Everyday Addiction and the guy just killed it. The licks, the tone.. it was all impeccable. I remember playing with Beast a few years ago and was blown away with the material and talent! The kickass drums beating the mind into mush with charismatic charm while the bass thumps feelings of euphoria into your veins, then add a guitar that explodes with melody and tone like a nice kick in the face. It's all mixed with vocals that any vocalist would be jealous of. Every time I see these guys they do not disappoint. The music is really good and the guys are really cool. If you get a chance, check them out." - Dusty (Damnself)
"From the first time I watched SMBAB perform to now, I have seen them grow as individual musicians as well as a band. They are truly passionate about their craft and they grow more and more powerful in every performance. I can’t wait to see where they go from here because I know they’re going far!" - Cecily Feliciano
